Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your KwikBasket account. However, remember that items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one particular address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.

Each email address and phone number can be associated with one Kwik Basket account only.

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at My Account allows you to track your active orders, dashboard, view transactions, download transaction/ order history, analytics (buying pattern) and update your contact details.

You need to click on forgot password on login page and enter your registered email address. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

My Wish List is a list of all the items you have marked as favorites during shoppingon This enables you to shop quickly and add selected or complete list to your cart for quick CheckOut.


You can pay for your order on using the following modes of payment: a. Mpesa Online b. Mpesa On Delivery c. Cheque Payments

There is no VAT. However, transaction fee is applicable for Safaricom (mpesa).

The KwikBasket Wallet is a pre-paid credit account that is associated with your KwikBasket account. This prepaid account allows you to pay a lump sum amount once to KwikBasket and then shop multiple times without having to pay each time. The amount for each order will be deducted from your wallet.


Once you are done adding products to the cart and checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you. If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations), prior intimation will be given with revised delivery slot.

Ksh 5,000 is the minimum order for delivery. However, if you wish to check our products and quality and you are placing order for the first time, you can talk to our customer service team or your account manager in placing smaller order.
